Day 1 : Colombo to Anuradhapura (Sri Lanka 10 Days Tour)

Our driver will pick up you from Colombo or Bandaranayake International Airport. Then you will proceed directly to Anuradhapura. There you will visit Anuradhapura ancient kingdom. During this day you will travel to various locations and ruins of this amazing city.

You will travel to Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi tree. This is one of the main pilgrimages of Buddhists. Then you visit Ruwanweliseya stupa. During the Anuradhapura ancient city tour you visit Lowamahapaya, Thuparama stupa, Abhayagiriya temple, Jethawanaramaya temple, Samadhi Buddha statue, twin ponds, moonstone, Isurumuniya and some other locations.

Driver will drop you at the hotel where you stay overnight at Anuradhapura.

Day 2 : Anuradhapura to Sigiriya (Sri Lanka 10 Days Tour)

In the second day of Sri Lanka 10 days tour, you travel to Dambulla from Anuradhapura. There you visit Dambulla Cave Temple and Dambulla Golden Temple.

Then you proceed to see the Kandalama Lake. After visiting the Kandalama Lake, your next destination is Sigiriya. You would not visit Sigiriya Lion Rock on this day. Nevertheless, you can do a Sigiriya Village Tour on this day.

Finally, our driver will drop you at the hotel you stay overnight at Sigiriya.

Day 3 : Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa (Sri Lanka 10 Days Tour)

In the morning of the day 3 of Sri Lanka 10 days tour, we plan to start from Sigiriya. If you like to watch the sunrise on top of the Pidurangala mountain, you can visit to Pidurangala rock top early in the morning. Pidurangala is a Rock Mountain and ancient Buddhist cave temple complex. You can see one of the world’s most beautiful sunrises on this mountain top. 360-degree panoramic view at the top of the Rock mountain will emphasize it.

Next, you can climb Sigiriya Lion Rock. Sigiriya Lion Rock is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There you can see ruins, frescoes and ancient water gardens and bolder gardens.

After visiting Sigiriya you will proceed to a wild life safari in Minneriya. Our driver finally drop you at the hotel for overnight stay at Polonnaruwa.

On the third day you will visit,

• Wildlife Safari at Minneriya

Day 4 : Staying Polonnaruwa (Sri Lanka 10 Days Tour)

On the fourth day you will travel to Polonnaruwa to see the ancient ruins. Galvihara (huge stone carvings), Watadage (ancient hooding for stupa), Nissanka Latha Mandapa (an ancient dancing floor), King’s Palace (this is a seven storied building), an ancient hospital are some of the common places you visit in Polonnaruwa. In addition to those you can visit number of ruins, statues, carvings, stupa, temples, Tanks and etc.

At the end of the fourth day of Sri Lanka 10 days tour, our driver will drop you at the hotel in Polonnaruwa for the overnight stay.

Day 5 : Polonnaruwa to Kandy (Sri Lanka 10 Days Tour)

During the fifth day guests will travel to Kandy. On the way to Kandy, you will visit Nalanda Gedige and Matale Hindu Temple in additionally.

In addition to both of these, you are able to visit Spice Garden in Matale if you like. Then you will proceed to Kandy and make a City tour in Kandy. Hence you will visit Temple of Tooth, Museums, Kandy Lake, Old English Market, Bogambara old prison, etc.

In the evening you will visit to see a traditional dancing show in Kandy finally. Overnight stay in Kandy.

Finally, after finishing the city tour in Galle you will return to Colombo or direct to Bandaranayake Airport for departure.
